We were born in Colombia. We grew up knowing that good food is meant to be shared. Today, in Miami, we serve that same warmth.
Roots
From Envigado to Miami.
We're part of the El Rancherito family — a restaurant born in Colombia more than 60 years ago. Every recipe we serve in Doral today tells that story: slow flame, house seasoning, and the generosity of setting the whole table.
Alegría is our way of bringing that little piece of Colombia to South Florida. A place where brunch turns into lunch, lunch into happy hour, and the night into a dance floor.
